We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized professional to lead our Staging Division—bringing homes to life and helping them sell faster and for top dollar.
Position Overview
As our Staging Division Manager, you will take full ownership of our staging operations—both for our in-house listings and for other real estate agents seeking professional staging services. This role blends creative design, operational coordination, and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with real estate agents to generate staging business
  • Manage staging for our own listings from consultation to completion
  • Select furniture and décor from our in-house inventory to suit each home’s style and target buyer
  • Schedule and coordinate with movers for furniture delivery and pickup
  • Set-up each staged home, ensuring every room is styled to perfection with assistance from movers.
  • Manage removal of staging items once homes sell
  • Maintain and organize our staging inventory
  • Work closely with our real estate team to align staging timelines with marketing and sales goals

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in home staging, interior design, or related field
  • Strong eye for design, detail, and aesthetics
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication skills for building relationships with agents and clients
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, real estate-driven environment
  • Physical ability to assist with furniture placement as needles * A desire to grow with the team and remain a part of the business for a minimum of 5 years
