Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and dedicated Home Staging Manager to join our team. This part-time role is crucial in ensuring our clients’ homes are presented in the most appealing way to maximize their market value. As a Home Staging Manager, you will oversee the staging process from concept to execution, working closely with clients and the design team to deliver exceptional results. This position has the potential to grow into a full-time role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of home staging projects, from initial consultation to final execution.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing expert guidance and recommendations.
- Develop and implement creative staging strategies that enhance the visual appeal and marketability of properties.
- Coordinate with the design team and vendors to source and arrange furnishings, decor, and accessories.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficient and effective staging processes.
- Conduct quality checks and ensure all staging projects meet company standards and client expectations.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and partners to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Procure new staging projects through networking, partnerships, and client outreach.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote staging services and attract new clients.
- Work with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that highlight staging projects.
- Plan and execute events to showcase staging projects and engage with potential clients and industry partners.
- Represent the company at community events and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
- Host internal events to promote and explain the benefits of home staging.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in home staging, interior design, or a related field.
- Strong creative vision and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in design software and tools is a plus.
- Experience in marketing or a strong understanding of marketing principles.
- Event planning experience or a strong interest in organizing events.
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- A one-year commitment to the role is required.
Compensation:
- Base Salary: $18-25 per hour, based on experience.
- Commission: Earn additional income based on the projects procured by you.
Schedule:
- Part-Time: Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 3 PM
- Potential to grow into a full-time position
