Happiest at Home provides dedicated, personal home care assistance to clients, to enable them to have an excellent quality of life in their own home. You will be seeing the same client every week.

THE CLIENT

The client is a lovely lady who is 27 years old and has an acquired brain injury which has affected her mental health.
The client lives alone in a cosy bungalow, she works closely with a case manager and neuropsychologist, so CarePals must integrate into their team!
The client used to be a lot chattier and active but is struggling with mental health issues and loneliness.
She used to enjoy indoor climbing, swimming, and going for drives. All in all, she loves to be active and outside and needs a buddy to encourage her to be as active as she used to be.
She is looking for someone who can provide companionship, administer medication and help her gain access to the local community.
All medication is kept secure, so in the event she needs to take it, the CarePal will administer her dose.
It’s extremely important to maintain professional boundaries with the client, and not overshare personal life details.
The client used to love to be out an active, so is looking for a support worker to encourage her to go out and be innovative with the different activities they can do.
