Job Summary: A Home Support Worker provides personal care and assistance to clients in their homes. They help individuals with daily activities and ensure their well-being, safety, and comfort. The role includes assisting with personal hygiene, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and other tasks to support clients’ independence and quality of life.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification in home support work or a related field (preferred).
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Experience in caregiving or home support work (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks
• Reliable, compassionate, and patient.

KITCHEN & MEAL-RELATED TASKS:

• Washing dishes and tidying up kitchen spaces
• Cleaning kitchen appliances (microwave, stovetop, refrigerator)
• Wiping down counters and disinfecting surfaces
• Assisting with meal preparation and light cooking as needed
