As a Home Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for clients by providing compassionate, reliable, and professional care within their homes.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
  • Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
  • Administer medications accurately following prescribed schedules and protocols
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, and organizing to ensure a safe and tidy environment
  • Support clients with mobility and transfer assistance, including heavy lifting when necessary
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to promote mental well-being
  • Follow care plans and communicate any changes or concerns to supervising nurses or care coordinators

Experience

  • Prior experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities is highly preferred but not necessary

Only those able to travel or live in community will be considered.
