Summary: We are seeking a Home Support Worker to join our team at Just Like Family Home Care in Canada. In this role, you will provide essential support and caregiving services to seniors, making a meaningful difference in their lives and the lives of their families.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred.
  • Knowledge of dementia care practices is an asset.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting as needed.
  • Compassionate attitude towards seniors and a strong desire to help others.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and families.

  • Communicate effectively with clients and their families regarding care needs and progress.
