  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.
  • Implement care plans tailored to individual client needs, ensuring adherence to best practices in patient care.
  • Assist clients with mobility and light lifting when necessary, ensuring their safety at all times.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the client’s living space to promote a healthy environment.
  • Document client progress and report any concerns to the supervising nurse or healthcare professional.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers to deliver comprehensive care.
