We are looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our team as Solar Energy Specialists. No prior sales experience is required — we provide full training.

What You’ll Do

• Canvassing & Outreach: Go door-to-door in local neighborhoods to connect with homeowners.
• Lead Generation: Build interest and set appointments for free solar consultations.
• Energy Awareness: Educate homeowners on rising utility costs, state incentives, and the benefits of going solar.
• Scheduling & Handoff: Book appointments for our solar consultants, who conduct full system designs and presentations. (With growth, you may also step into this consultant/closer role.)
• Team Collaboration: Work alongside other young, ambitious professionals striving for financial freedom and personal growth.
