Responsibilities of the Job -
Looking for an experienced Installer with great attention to detail and strong work ethic. Must be able to work independently and have understanding of Audio/Video Systems and Home Control Systems. We take pride in our customer service satisfaction and expect candidates to have an impeccable customer service attitude. Will be working with complicated Smarthome Systems such as Crestron and Control 4 - Audio and Home Control experience is preferred.
Set up and install equipment such as Speakers, TV’s, Projectors, Video Monitors, Security Cameras, AV Racks. Ensure equipment is installed according to designated layout.
Set up and operate Systems such as Smarthome Control Systems utilizing Touch Pads, Lighting Systems, Central Vac, Home Theaters. Systems may include Control 4 - Crestron - Lutron
Test and resolve equipment issues.
Diagnose and correct media system problems.
Send in equipment for repairs and/or troubleshoot as needed.
Ensure the safe transfer and shipment of equipment.
Make service calls to maintain systems or diagnose any issues.
Maintain inventory of equipment & clean audio and video equipment and store properly.
Required Work Experience -
Direct Experience with Professional A/V Systems and Equipment.
Advanced proficiency with Electronics, Networking, Audio Systems.
Minimum of 2 years or work history with direct customer interaction.
Adaptive and Flexible, with a positive “can do” attitude.
Resourceful and quick to take initiative - Problem Solver.
Detail-oriented w/strong Problem Solving and troubleshooting skills.
Prioritization while multi-tasking under pressure and within short time constraints.
Exceptional organizational and interpersonal abilities.
Able to work independently and professionally with all levels of the organization.
Ability to adjust work schedule in business needs.
Must be able to lift 50lbs and move quickly between locations across the Coeur d’ alene and Spokane Area.
Preferred Experience
- 2 Years in A/V or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Crestron and or Programming Experience a Plus
- Electrical Experience a Plus
- Prior Customer support services experience
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $19.00 - $33.00 per hour
