We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Home Vacation Agent to manage bookings, inquiries, and customer service for vacation rental properties. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong sales instincts, and the ability to provide outstanding service to travelers and property owners alike.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage vacation rental listings across platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, etc.
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and booking requests via email, phone, and messaging platforms.
  • Coordinate check-in/check-out procedures with guests and property management teams.
  • Ensure property availability is accurately updated on booking platforms.
  • Handle booking modifications, cancellations, and payment processing.
  • Resolve guest complaints or issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Communicate with property owners to relay guest feedback and property needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, customer interactions, and payments.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as home vacation agent.
  • Proven experience in customer service, hospitality, or travel agency is preferred.
  • Familiarity with vacation rental platforms (e.g., Airbnb, Vrbo, Expedia) is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle flexible schedules (including weekends or holidays).
  • Proficient with booking software, email, and office tools (MS Office, Google Workspace).
