Position title: Onboarding Specialist
Reports To: Senior Branch Manager
Job Summary: The Onboarding Specialist works closely with our HHA Recruitment team. He/she is the first point of contact to guide members them through the application process efficiently. The Caregiver Applicant Specialist is also responsible for reviewing and processing incoming HHA applications via paper and internet, as well as managing and following up on pending applications to resolve them.
Work Schedule: Full-Time | 4 Weekdays + 1 Weekend Day (Flexible)
