We’re looking for a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant to provide one-on-one therapy in patients’ homes within a 10-mile radius of Aurora, OH. The PTA will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in the comfort of each patient’s home. Responsibilities Provide direct physical therapy treatments in the home setting as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist. Deliver individualized therapy programs to help patients achieve mobility and functional goals. Communicate effectively with the supervising PT, patients, families, and other care team members regarding progress, goals, and treatment plans. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with company policies and state regulations. Promote a supportive, respectful, and patient-centered care environment. Qualifications Qualifications Current Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the State of Ohio (required). Previous home health experience preferred, but not required. Excellent communication and time management skills. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within 10 miles of Aurora, OH. Compassionate, professional, and dependable with a commitment to quality care.
