WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Someone with at least two years experience in homecare scheduling.
  • Preferably someone with experience using One Touch IT system.
  • Must have strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
  • Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Must have the ability to establish good working relationships with the office colleagues, clients and caregivers
  • Must have computer literacy and be proficient in Word & Excel
  • Must present a professional appearance and demeanour
Responsibilities
  • Organise and manage carer rotas, ensuring client needs are met efficiently
  • Act as the main point of contact for cares queries while developing excellent relationships with the Clients and Caregiver
  • Maintain and update Client and Caregiver records on our One Touch system
  • Work closely with Care Manager
  • Handle emergency scheduling and staffing issues promptly
  • Ensure compliance and assist with reporting
  • Participate in meetings related to staffing and caregiver scheduling/work rotas
