The Salvation Army’s Homelessness Services Kings Ripton Court Lifehouse based in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire is looking for a dynamic Programme Manager to join our mission-driven team.
Your Opportunity to Lead Change: As Programme Manager this position is central to the success of our transformative services. Within this role you will co-ordinate and deliver high-quality, client-focused support designed to empower our service users and foster positive outcomes. Working within our strategic vision, you will champion client choice, control, and engagement at every level of service provision.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO;

  • Lead the delivery of innovative, high-quality support programmes that prioritise client choice and wellbeing.
  • Manage and motivate a team of support staff-providing guidance, coaching, and professional development.
  • Ensure effective case management, maintain accurate client records, and drive positive multi-agency collaboration.
  • Monitor service quality, meet contractual and organisational requirements, and support the Service Manager.
  • Represent The Salvation Army at local events and establish strong networks with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Promote and support the involvement of the Chaplain within programmes (where applicable).
  • Oversee financial controls, income, and debt management within the service budget.
  • Deputise for the Service Manager as needed.
