    We are currently seeking a Full Time Fixed Term staff member to join our team based at our offices in Sunshine.

Reporting to the Social Policy Planning Officer, we are seeking a Full Time employee who can bring their skills and experience for:

  • Coordinating responses to rough sleeping and homelessness
  • Establishing service partnerships that support system improvement and advocacy.
  • Facilitate interdepartmental responses to complex homelessness-related cases
  • Accompany council officers to engage with the public and people experiencing homelessness when required
  • Liaise with Victoria Police, health, homelessness and housing services to coordinate response
