Bachelor’s degree in education and relevant field
- Teaching certification or license
- Previous teaching experience, preferably in elementary or primary education
- Proficiency in the subject areas they will be teaching
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (ENGLISH)
- Patience and empathy in working with young students
- Ability to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment
- Knowledge of classroom management techniques and student assessment methods
- Commitment to professional development and ongoing learning
- Familiarity with educational technology and resources
