OVERVIEW

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need of care. This role is vital in enhancing the quality of life for adults with disabilities, ensuring they receive the necessary support in a comfortable and safe environment. Caregivers will provide support in their home setting, to provide a natural home life for each person

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in caregiving or related fields such as assisted living, nursing, hospital care, etc..
• Strong understanding of patient care principles and practices, particularly in senior care and working with individuals with disabilities.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by client needs.
• Experience in meal preparation and medication administration is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
• Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life.

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. (if applicable to individual)
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the well-being of clients.
• Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary requirements and preferences. (if applicable to individual)
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor clients for any adverse reactions. (if applicable to individual)
• Assist with mobility and physical activities, including heavy lifting when necessary. (if applicable to individual)
• Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping duties.
• Support clients with dementia care by employing specialized techniques to manage symptoms effectively. (if applicable to individual)
• Document care provided and report any changes in client conditions to appropriate personnel.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
