Compensation Range: $17.00-$19.00/Hr How do our Inventory Specialists Drive Impact? * Use proprietary inventory data to shape, price and measure a market-driven inventory for each assigned store * Complete all paperwork in a timely, accurate and complete manner (including properly signing out the vehicle in DMS and tagging it in OEM portal) * Review pricing daily, ensuring all vehicles are priced upfront in alignment with the weekly matrix and monthly gross profit goals, accounting for all “Day 1” inventory * Respond quickly and accurately to all sales staff inquiries regarding inventory, dealer trading, sold/priority orders, product/pricing questions * Continuously evaluate and improve the inventory, using data to strategically decide on how to address gaps, imbalances, etc. * Shape a better inventory to give your stores an advantage over the competition * Audit inventory counts with an awareness of current ground stock and incoming unit counts, trim shortages, color gaps, etc. We're Looking For: * Must be at least 18 years of age * Ability to communicate effectively with key partners * Familiarity and working knowledge of Microsoft Excel * Ability to do analytical work for extended periods, using a computer and software programs * Ability to multitask with multiple interruptions while thoroughly completing tasks within assigned deadlines in a timely, complete and accurate manner * Above average analytical skills * Good math skills * Competent use of keyboard and mouse * Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record What We Offer: * Medical, Dental, Vision coverage & HSA/FSA * Paid Parental Leave (Maternity, Paternity, Adoption) * Adoption Assistance Program * Life Insurance and 401K with Employer Match * Pet insurance and Employee discounts * Access to our Employee Resource Groups, such as: Women of Walser and Drive with Pride * The opportunity to volunteer through the Walser Foundation -The Walser Foundation: Our Community Mission - YouTube [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iaT63GBBTDU] We proudly operate on a set of Core Values which drive our decisions and actions on a daily basis.
