WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

  • You must be a highly successful Sales Manager, Business or Transaction Manager within the automotive industry
  • A full UK driving licence
  • Driven to exceed set sales targets and KPI’s
  • Ability to lead by example
  • Exceptional interpersonal and team skills
  • Committed to delivering exceptional levels of customer service & enquiry management
Responsibilities
  • Market and actively sell vehicles to maximise sales and ensure all targets and KPI’s are achieved
  • Promote the sale of accessories and service packages
  • Have a strong understanding of financial and insurance products, ensuring accurate information is provided when negotiating deals
  • Assist and monitor performance figures, statistics and plans for the dealership on an ongoing basis
  • Supply forecasting trends and address shortfalls if applicable
  • Support management to help coach and develop the skills of the sales team
