The Warranty Administrator completes claims and reviews/corrects/resubmits claims that have been rejected. You will maintain complete and accurate records for warranty claims and work effectively with other employees to resolve any problems with warranty repair orders. You will also schedule service work in the service drive, and work with customer needs relating to the service or repair of their vehicles. You will ensure each customer is treated as an individual, with care and respect.   Compensation: $25-28 Hourly   Full-Time Benefits: * Great working environment * Paid Training * Generous incentive and bonus programs * Paid Vacations: 5 days after 1 year anniversary, 10 days after 2 year anniversary, and 15 days after 7 year anniversary * Holiday pay: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day if the Holiday does not land on a day in which the dealership and/or department is regularly closed or is a regularly scheduled day off. * Medical * Dental and Vision insurance * 401K   RESPONSIBILITIES: * Support and Supervise Service BDC Team * Ensures that customer complaints are handled tactfully, promptly, with genuine concern, and according to the dealership’s guidelines. * Takes the initiative to exceed customer satisfaction, even if it requires overcoming obstacles. * Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled * Identifies, recommends and supports opportunities for methods/process improvement. * Oversee flow of Drive Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service. * Ensures that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers. * Review all rejected warranty claims * Work with Technicians and Service Advisors to obtain all pertinent information to ensure manufacturer requirements are met * Correct and resubmit claims obtaining Management approval and necessary authorization * Report to Manager any unpaid warranty claims that becomes five days old   REQUIREMENTS: * At least two years of experience in a similar position, and knowledge of automotive parts and service. * Previous management experience building & coaching team members * Can work in a fast-paced and challenging environment handling multiple projects * Must have excellent administrative, organizational, and communication skills * Must be willing to submit a background check prior to employment
