We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic and reliable team players to join our Honey Process Team — the vital first step in ensuring every drop of Rowse Honey meets our high standards. 🐝 What You’ll Be Doing As part of the Honey Process Team, you’ll: Ensure Health & safety is always maintained, Keep a high standard of GMP in all areas. Pick batches of honey from recipes issued and load them into the cabinets. Ensure that all the honey is loaded into the cabinets and pumped as per the pump plan. Follow the standard operating procedures, work instructions and escalation processes for raw materials and component parts with regards to quality defects. Maintain hygiene and housekeeping standards maximising GMP standards within all areas. Always wear correct protective clothing and equipment. Own and make recommendations for continuous improvement within the department. To carry out any other reasonable supervisory or managerial request. Qualifications 🌟 What We’re Looking For We’re after someone who brings: Forklift licence (Counterbalance, grabs trained) Numeracy/data accuracy Good awareness of allergens in line with HACCP risk assessments. Inter-personnel skills, liaising with internal and external teams. Detail oriented. Prioritising Communication Skills – written and verbal. Decision making Ability to react effectively to short notice change, integrating the needs of all departments.
