Primary Responsibilities Thoroughly understand clients and their needs in order to offer the appropriate strategies and solutions across our capabilities, while closely working with existing sales teams. Build on the Neuberger Berman brand presence in the region, being an ambassador to the market and to elevate the awareness by using existing network of contacts and approaching new leads. Identify; cultivate prospects and client relationships, building and managing an individual sales pipeline from opportunity through to completion Closely work with NB’s distribution and client service teams, to diligently respond to all client needs and requests Initiate outbound business development calls and organize client meetings. Prepare new business presentations and lead client meetings Meet established weekly and monthly business development goals, as required Maintain awareness of competitive industry trends/markets to provide technical investment information to clients Qualifications & Previous Experience 5+ years of experience in institutional asset management sales Experience in dealing with institutional clients, including family offices, and navigating within complex organizations. Ability to identify and target the key decision makers within the target investor’s base Strong network of existing institutional contacts, including family offices, across markets University degree or equivalent title, CFA preferred Ability to set, monitor, and accomplish goals and achieve a high volume output Experience handling multiple priorities and addressing complex challenges managing a broad opportunity set Advanced knowledge of financial services industry and investment products Who you are A highly motivated, self-starting, team player who is intellectually curious with excellent interpersonal skills, a keenness to learn and an ability to deliver work product to a high standard Passion for generating, building, and developing new business Excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills Exceptional stakeholder management both external as well as internally Highly ethical and professional, a willingness to be transparent internally High activity orientation persistent through setbacks Willingness to follow company protocols Neuberger Berman is an equal opportunity employer.
