The Hope House Administrative Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to the Hope House Coordinator by assisting with scheduling, communication, record keeping, and daily ministry operations to ensure efficient and effective ministry support. Doing ministry/preparing for ministry:2-3 hours a week; includes community mobilization and event execution. 2. Participating in meetings/training: As requested Responsibilities/Duties: 1. Provide administrative support to the Hope House Coordinator, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and coordinating ministry activities. 2. Maintain records, sign-in sheets, attendance logs, ministry documentation, and accurate databases and reports. 3. Serve as an initial point of contact by receiving inquiries and directing requests to the appropriate ministry leader. 4. Assist with communication efforts including emails, announcements, reminders, and volunteer correspondence. 5. Prepare meeting spaces and ensure administrative materials are available for ministry activities and events. 6. Maintain inventory of ministry literature, forms, office supplies, and other administrative resources. 7. Assist with volunteer communication, coordination efforts, and outreach event preparation. 8. Provide administrative support for ministry events, outreach activities, and special projects as assigned. 9. Help maintain a welcoming environment that reflects the mission and values of United Christian Faith Ministries.
