Program Nurse – Half Time Hope House on Crotona Park Greenburger Center for Social and Criminal Justice, Inc. Job Description Job Summary The Program Nurse for Hope House on Crotona Park is a key member of our 16-person co-ed residential alternative to incarceration program, providing compassionate, trauma‑informed nursing support to adults with serious mental illness. This half-time role focuses on health assessment, medication support, crisis prevention, health education, and care coordination within a structured, therapeutic living environment. Responsibilities * Conduct nursing assessments for new residents and provide ongoing health monitoring. * Support medication education, adherence, and coordination with prescribers and pharmacies. * Respond to resident health concerns and assist with crisis prevention and de‑escalation. * Provide health education on chronic conditions, harm reduction, wellness, and self‑care. * Coordinate medical appointments, referrals, and follow‑up care. * Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with program and regulatory standards. * Collaborate with clinical, residential, and legal partners to support resident stability and diversion goals. * Promote a safe, respectful, trauma‑informed environment for a co‑ed population. Qualifications * RN license  * Experience with serious mental illness, co‑occurring disorders, and justice‑involved populations preferred. * Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills. * Commitment to trauma‑informed, person‑centered, and harm‑reduction practices. * Comfortable working in a residential setting with people with diverse and complex needs. Salary: $55,000
