In line with our business expansion, we would like to invite qualified and candidates to fill the following position at Delima Oil Products Sdn Bhd Job Description Responsibilities Deliver KPI results and monitor overall sales performance and achievements. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to increase market share and enhance brand visibility. Manage account receivables and ensure strong product presence in the market. Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. Build and maintain strong engagement with government agencies and institutional accounts. Ensure timely and accurate submission of all customer and business partner claims. Drive new product development initiatives and expand market penetration. Oversee the industry sales team to identify and penetrate potential customers. Collaborate with the marketing team on POSM requisitions for key HORECA customers, product penetration objectives, and internal communication alignment. Prepare and submit accurate inventory and stock forecasts within the stipulated timelines. Conduct regular market audits to monitor competitor activities and ensure optimal product visibility. Analyze sales data and market trends by customer to identify growth opportunities and optimize performance. Manage and allocate the A&P budget effectively to support marketing campaigns and promotional activities. Actively participate in tender opportunities and develop strategies to secure institutional and government contracts. Collaborate closely with business partners through monthly sales reviews to ensure alignment, identify growth opportunities, and drive continuous improvement. Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors from time to time. Requirements Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in HORECA, B2B, or Institutional Sales, preferably within the FMCG or food manufacturing industry. Strong understanding of HORECA channels, industrial buyers and government Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating a sales team. Analytical and results-oriented, with good planning and organizational skills. Possess own transport and willing to travel as required. FGV is always on the lookout for talents who are able to contribute positively to the Group.
