Thai F&B Admin and Sales Coordinator
Location: Dubai,UAE
Employment Type: Full-time
Start Date: As soon as possible
We’re looking for an Admin and Sales Coordinator to join our growing F&B team! If you’re organized, customer-focused, and a proactive problem solver, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales Coordination

  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams to process orders accurately and on time
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and delivery schedules
  • Assist in customer follow-ups and after-sales service
  • Maintain and update customer database and sales reports

Administrative Support

  • Handle administrative duties such as documentation, filing, and office supply management
  • Support procurement and inventory tracking for F&B products
  • Liaise with suppliers and logistics for smooth operations
  • Prepare reports and assist in presentations and marketing materials

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in English (spoken & written)
  • Prior experience in F&B, hospitality, or administrative/sales support preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
  • Positive attitude and ability to work independently as well as in a team

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
