Job Title: HORECA Sales Executive
Department: Sales & Business Development
Location: Dubai
Reports To: Sales Manager / HORECA Sales Manager

JOB SUMMARY:

The HORECA Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by managing relationships with clients in the Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering (HORECA) sector. This includes identifying new business opportunities, maintaining key client accounts, and promoting the company’s product portfolio to ensure maximum visibility and performance in the market.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in the HORECA sector.
  • Strong knowledge of the food & beverage industry, particularly in hotel, restaurant, and catering segments.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in FMCG or HORECA channels.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the HORECA sector.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Present, promote, and sell products to existing and prospective customers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and tastings when applicable.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients while ensuring profitability.
  • Monitor competitors, market conditions, and product developments.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events to represent the company.
  • Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and follow-up support.
