POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking for a driven and personable HORECA Sales Executive to join our fast-growing foodstuff trading company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in FMCG sales—preferably food products—and an established network in the UAE hospitality industry. Preference will be given to candidates who are native Russian speakers or any nationals, given our key client demographics.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong experience in FMCG food sales, specifically within the HORECA sector in the UAE
  • A valid UAE driving License
  • A network of existing clients in the UAE hospitality industry is a strong advantage
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Russian or Hindi is a plus
  • Valid UAE driving license required
  • Energetic, team-oriented, and passionate about food and customer relationships

Responsibilities
  • Build and manage relationships with clients in the HORECA segment—hotels, restaurants, and catering companies
  • Promote and sell a broad range of food products in line with market needs and trends
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities in the UAE’s vibrant foodservice sector
  • Conduct client visits, product presentations, and sales negotiations to achieve targets
  • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order delivery
  • Prepare and present regular reports on pipeline activities, sales figures, and client feedback
  • Represent the company at trade shows, food expos, and client networking events
