• Sales and Business Development:
• Identify and target HoReCa clients such as hotels, restaurants, and catering companies to promote and sell fresh vegetables and fruits.
• Generate leads, close sales, and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Develop and execute strategies to expand the client base and increase market share in the HoReCa sector.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HoReCa clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Conduct regular meetings and follow-ups with clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.
• Address client queries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Market Research and Analysis:
• Monitor market trends and customer preferences to identify new opportunities for fresh produce sales.
• Analyze competitor activities and recommend strategies to stay ahead in the market.
• Order Coordination and Logistics:
• Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of fresh produce.
• Monitor product quality and manage any complaints or returns effectively.
• Reporting and Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and agreements.
• Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates for management.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2+ years) in sales, preferably in the vegetables and fruits or perishable goods industry.
• Strong knowledge of the HoReCa market and its requirements for fresh produce.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets consistently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

  Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED11,000.00 per month
