YOUR MISSION: Perform the assembly, adjustment and casing up of movements by applying the operating ranges using equipment, machines or tools in accordance with quality, time and safety requirements. HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? - Assemble, adjust, and case up movements using specialized equipment, machines, or tools, ensuring adherence to quality, time, and safety standards. - Operate and fine-tune complex systems to enhance quality and productivity, conduct new product trials, and devise solutions to intricate inefficiencies. - Supervise daily operations to meet sales performance targets, potentially overseeing a small store or multiple departments. - Lead a team providing administrative and service operations support, leveraging deep expertise in service operations. - Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment and systems for emergency repairs, and perform preventive maintenance inspections. - Act as the primary supervisor for a customer service support team, playing a crucial role in achieving productivity and turnaround time targets, and handling the most complex and valuable issues. - Execute various inventory-control activities to support team requirements or fulfill role-specific needs. - Adhere to and enforce the organization's health, safety, and environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and mandatory instructions, identifying and mitigating risks, instructing the team in safe practices, and escalating serious issues as necessary. - Develop and maintain knowledge of the organization's policies, procedures, relevant regulatory codes, and codes of conduct, ensuring compliance and seeking authorization for any deviations. - Enhance personal capabilities through participation in assessment and development planning activities, formal and informal training, and coaching. Stay updated on relevant technology, external regulations, and industry best practices through continuous education, conference attendance, and specialist media. - Possess a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level of education. - Demonstrate the ability to work independently as an experienced practitioner. - Have basic experience in coordinating the work of others.
