For more information, visit hormelfoods.com. Purpose We are looking for a driven and strategic Brand Management Intern to join our Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) team. This internship provides hands-on experience in managing iconic brands, driving consumer engagement, and supporting innovation in the refrigerated foods category. What You’ll Gain Real-world experience in brand management within a leading CPG company. Exposure to cross-functional collaboration and strategic decision-making. Mentorship from experienced brand leaders. A deeper understanding of the refrigerated foods market and consumer dynamics. Responsibilities Collaborate with brand managers to develop and execute brand strategies and annual plans. Support product innovation initiatives, including concept development, consumer testing, and commercialization. Analyze consumer insights, market data, and competitive trends to inform brand decisions. Assist in the development of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail, and experiential channels. Contribute to packaging development, brand messaging, and positioning efforts. Prepare and present brand performance updates and strategic recommendations to cross-functional teams. Requirements: Must graduate in August 2026, December 2026, May 2027 and major in Food Marketing, Marketing, Business, or a related field with a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA preferred Possesses strong analytical and communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Demonstrated leadership and persuasive skills are necessary for success in this position Possesses a strong work ethic and an entrepreneurial spirit Passion for building brands and understanding consumer behavior. Location and Hours: Based on business needs at the time an offer is made Position is full time, 40 hours per week beginning late May and ending mid-August Compensation: The starting rate for this role is $24.00 per hour.
