We are currently looking for a Horse Show & Booth Supervisor to work full- time to travel between horse shows on the East Coast. Don't miss your chance! Requirements What we are looking for... Full knowledge and understanding of English riding industry and horseshows The travel bug and enjoy being 100% on the road! You have a clean driving record You are a passionate rider that understands equine health care and sport expectation Excellent communication and people skills Strong organizational skills and are a mature, independent and dynamic person Your mission: Travel between horse shows on the East Coast welcoming clients and selling tack Become the most talented expert in equine tack within the East Coast Create a unique experience for clients through your knowledge and best-in-class customer service Benefits: You will receive a fixed salary and bonus potential ($40,000- $42,000) You will also be provided with a company car + a gas card + iPhone and iPad We will cover 100% of your personal health insurance costs through our carrier (medical, dental and vision), in addition to your base pay We offer a 6 week training program, and tailored continuous training and support 401k matched up to 4%
Responsibilities
Travel to horse shows across the East Coast to welcome clients and sell equine tack. Focus on providing best-in-class customer service and becoming a regional expert in horse-riding equipment.
