Horse Stud Hand - SCONE - Full-Time, Casual and Weekends.
Due to recent increased growth, we have some employment opportunities available at Bhima Thoroughbreds right in the heart of the Upper Hunter Horse country.
We are seeking people that have a super work ethic and are interested in working on a busy horse farm.
The successful applicants will -
Work with our impressive band of broodmares;
Have experience with or a willingness to learn foal handling/weaning;
Be willing and able to jump on a lead rope attached to a yearling;
Muck out boxes/yards;
Be able to work unsupervised;
But also work in a close-knit team;
Have open communication skills;
Have a genuine love of horses and always treat them with the utmost respect;
Take direction from management.
Experience will be favourable, but attitude is paramount!
Salary packages will be dependant on experience, qualifications and position
