Description Friends of Leaps & Bounds Pediatric Therapy is looking for a Adaptive Horsemanship Instructor to join our ranch team for a fun, positive, dynamic and meaningful work environment. Our Adaptive Horsemanship Program offers excellent instruction including horsemanship, equine care and horseback riding skills. Instructors are required to provide safe, knowledgeable lessons for children and adults of all abilities. This position includes: Daily instruction appropriate to student's level Tracking attendance Lesson planning Collaborating with office/administration team Assisting with other tasks as needed. We are looking for team members that love helping people, love horses and love what they do. Applicants must be available on Saturdays, be a team player, and have good communication skills. PATH International Certified, CHA Certification is highly encouraged! Compensation range: $25.00 - $28.00 an hour Requirements 18 years or older Equine knowledge and experience PATH or CHA Certified preferred Long-lining knowledge preferred
