JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Horseback riding instructor to join our team, whether it is to teach English or Western Riding. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in equestrian sports and a commitment to educating and developing riders of all skill levels. This role involves teaching riding techniques, managing behavior, and fostering a positive learning environment for students. The Equestrian Coach will work closely with riders to enhance their skills, confidence, and understanding of equestrian practices.
Instructors are paid for lessons taught per hour, and/or other hours put into barn managing or other labor.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in Horseback Riding Instruction
  • Skills in behavior management to effectively guide students.
  • Experience working with diverse groups of students, including those with varying skill levels.
  • Knowledge of horse care, grooming, and riding safety protocols.
    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
    Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
