We currently have a vacancy for a full-time Retail Horticultural Assistant, working in our large Horticulture department at our recently opened Woodlands Hinckley Garden Centre in Stapleton, near Hinckley.
Gates is a family run business, committed to growth and with excellent customer service standards at its core. Set in a beautiful rural locations, these large, destination garden centres cover over 13,500m2 of retail displays, offering everything from indoor and outdoor plants, garden care and hardware, homeware, garden furniture and BBQs, pet care, gifts, clothing and much more besides.

THE ROLE INVOLVES:

• Processing large volumes of stock quickly and efficiently
• Assisting customers with product queries and purchases
• Maintaining the appearance of the horticultural visual displays and department housekeeping
• Delivering an exceptional level of customer service at all times
