JOB DESCRIPTION

• Reporting to the R&D Station Manager, support all agronomic and crop management activities (irrigation, nutrition, pest & disease management) for field and greenhouse production.
• Sowing and transplanting research trials for plant breeder and product development.
• Support all plant pollination activities for seed production.
• Seed harvesting and cleaning.
• Support and supervise field workers and technical staff in greenhouse and field activities.
• Assist the Product Development team on farm trials or marketing field days.
• Assist in other tasks as requested by the Farm Manager / Product Development Manager.
• Must be willing to learn and adhere to company safety policy and procedure.
