ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re hiring seasonal Horticulture Assistants to support our field operations and enhance the customer experience at our distillery. This is a hands-on role ideal for outgoing, hardworking individuals who are eager to learn and contribute to every stage of the growing season.
Term: May 1 – September 30, 2025
Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, with occasional weekend shifts
Wage: $16.00/hour + $1.00/hour retention bonus
Hours: 40 hours/week (30 hours minimum)
This position is supported through Canada Summer Jobs—applicants must be under 30 years of age.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

· * Assisting with planting, watering, weeding, and overall crop care
· * Harvesting fruits, vegetables and flowers
· * Supporting flower field maintenance and presentation
· * Yard work and site upkeep to create an inviting environment for guests
· * Indoor cleaning and retail restocking
· * Operating and maintaining hand tools, small equipment.
· * Logging daily tasks and supporting seasonal planning
· * Providing customer service and potentially assisting with tours and events
· * Participating in other farm or distillery duties as needed
