POSITION SUMMARY

As our Horticulture & Maintenance Manager, you will lead the delivery and growth of our premium maintenance division. This field-based leadership role blends hands-on project execution with strategic team management, client engagement, and division growth. You will set and uphold the standard for excellence on every site, while fostering long-term client relationships and team development.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of horticulture, landscape maintenance, or gardening experience.
• Proven leadership in a field-based supervisory role.
• Strong technical knowledge of plant care, design, and installation.
• Proficiency in estimating, budgeting, and profitability tracking.
• Exceptional resource, time, and client relationship management skills.
• Valid BC driver’s license.
• Bonus: Hardscape installation experience.
