1. Assist Director in overseeing and managing landscape job sites, site visits/ inspections, site meetings, maintain photo records/ database, prepare relevant reports/ meeting minutes/ quotations, maintain company’s landscape business related licenses (eg: LCR- Nparks)/ accreditation (eg: NAS – Nparks) and handle customer feedback.
2. Oversee/ supervise company’s implementation of consultancy projects, maintenance projects and landscape upgrading/ improvement/ ad hoc works and any other related activities.
3. Assist the Director in sales & marketing and achieving goals/ sales target of company.
4. Any other duties (eg: CNY retail activities) deemed as company’s business as required.
