THE ROLE:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Horticulturist / Team Leader to spearhead our maintenance operations. You’ll be the go-to person on the ground, managing jobs, ensuring quality work, and helping the business grow.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lawn mowing, edging, and lawn care
• Pruning, hedge trimming, and shaping
• Garden clean-ups, mulching, and general maintenance
• Plant care and basic horticultural advice for clients
• Managing daily schedules and leading small teams
• Ensuring a high standard of work and customer satisfaction
