Key Responsibilities: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the Linatex hose range Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities across existing and prospective accounts Conduct customer visits across Asia, providing onsite technical support and problem resolution Prepare complete technical and commercial proposals based on customer specifications Build strong relationships with key customers and negotiate to secure orders Support and train area managers and aftermarket personnel in Linatex hose product knowledge Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture. Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications: Proven technical sales experience, ideally with hose/piping products or within a minerals processing environment Tertiary qualifications in Mechanical, Chemical, or Process Engineering (or equivalent) Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret technical information Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present to senior stakeholders and respond to technical inquiries Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and Salesforce Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa and English Willingness to travel frequently, both domestically and internationally Applications close 15 February 2026 Founded in 1871, Weir is a world leading engineering business with a purpose to make mining operations smarter, more efficient and sustainable.
