Job Details Job Location: Cullman Regional Medical Center - Cullman, AL 35056 Position Type: Full Time Job Shift: Day Job Summary: Provide direct personal hygiene and care to the home care/hospice patient according to written plan of care. Document all patient encounters and care according to policy. Demonstrate and encourage team behavior and exceptional patient/guest experiences. Uphold and promote patient safety and quality. Qualifications Education: High school graduate of GED. Must have certification as a certified home health aide. Experience: One year of healthcare experience preferred. Additional Skills/Abilities: Good communication and organizational skills.
