Market Benchmarked Salaries: As a non-profit provider, we conduct regular market benchmarking salary surveys of comparable organizations to ensure our salaries remain both fiscally responsible Salary is $90,000-$105,000 Responsibilities: Using creative marketing and outreach approaches, implement and perform activities to increase Snowline’s exposure to physicians, discharge planners, related healthcare providers, and the general public Prepare a goal directed development plan for the purpose of educating health care providers and the general public about the hospice and palliative care programs and services Coordinate with clinical management staff in planning in-services, presentations, and in addressing issues with referral sources Maintain current data on market area, competitors, marketing strategies and maintain an organized approach to territory management Prepare and conduct calls and presentations to potential referral sources Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, health-related field preferred OR equivalent combination of education and experience Two (2) years’ experience in outside sales or marketing in home care, health services, or pharmaceutical Knowledge of local and regional medical marketplace including hospitals, physicians, long term care facilities and healthcare professionals Excellent verbal, written, public speaking skills, and ability to build professional relationships Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with multiple priorities Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft applications and Publisher Possession of valid California driver license, access to a reliable automobile, and minimum state required auto insurance Apply today to join the Snowline Team! *Snowline Health is an equal opportunity employer.
