As a Hospice Chaplain, you will be providing spiritual services and comfort to the patients and their families either directly or indirectly through effective coordination with the patients clergy or other community clergy or spiritual counselors. Hours:  Full-time, Days Territory: Our office is based in Roseville, MN and our service area covers the 13 County Twin Cities Metro area. The territory for this position will be primarily in the South Metro.  We are looking for someone who is willing to travel throughout Interim's service area based on the client’s needs. Pay & Benefits: * Annual Salary Range: $54,080 - $66,560 * Company Car Program / Mileage Reimbursement * Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance; HSA with Company Contribution, and much more! * Generous PTO, Holiday Pay, and 401k A few must-haves for this position: * Graduate of accredited seminary or school of theology (BD, MDiv or equivalent theological degree). * Experience working with death and dying, terminal individuals and their families or caregivers. * Hospice experience preferred. Some functions of what you would do as a Chaplain: * Assesses and identifies the patient/family/caregiver spiritual status and needs. * Provides direct spiritual services to patient/family/caregiver according to their spiritual identity and/or religious/spiritual tradition or acts as liaison to spiritual caregivers resourced in the community, as requested by patient/family/caregiver. * Assures that all documentation meets requirements for accuracy, timeliness that is reflective of services provided and compliance requirements, billing requirements, patient/family/caregiver needs, and confidentiality. * Participates in the development of the interdisciplinary group (IDG) plan of care to meet identified spiritual needs with appropriate interventions and goals. * Conducts spiritual and/or religious services for patient/family/caregiver as well as hospice and community staff as requested.
