Description About the Role: Corus Hospice, part of the CareM family in Albuquerque, NM, is seeking a compassionate and experienced RN to step into a leadership role as our Hospice Clinical Manager. You’ll join a tight-knit, highly collaborative team where your voice is valued, your expertise matters, and your leadership helps shape the care we deliver. Key Responsibilities: Oversee clinical operations to ensure safe, compassionate hospice care that meets regulatory standards. Supervise, support, and evaluate nursing and clinical staff, ensuring compliance and competence. Lead interdisciplinary team meetings (IDG), care conferences, and patient care planning. Coordinate with hospice physicians, referral sources, and community partners. Monitor documentation accuracy and compliance within the EMR system. Participate in QAPI, infection control, and emergency preparedness activities. Provide clinical oversight and consultative support, including on-call coverage. Manage scheduling, supplies, and other resources to maintain efficient operations. Requirements What We’re Looking For: RN licensed in New Mexico with at least 3–5 years of clinical experience, including 1+ year in hospice preferred. Proven ability to lead clinical teams and navigate Medicare and Medicaid Conditions of Participation. Confident in conducting staff onboarding, training, and performance evaluations. Strong communicator with excellent organizational and decision-making skills. Experienced in EMR platforms and comfortable using digital tools.
