Responsibilities
  • Build Relationships: Forge and nurture strong connections with healthcare providers, referral sources (e.g., physicians, hospitals, nursing facilities, assisted living, and memory care communities), and community groups to generate referrals.
  • Educate the Community: Promote Azura?s palliative and hospice care services by delivering presentations and providing information about benefits and access to healthcare professionals, patients, and families.
  • Drive Outreach: Implement creative marketing strategies to meet patient volume goals and establish Azura as a trusted name in hospice care.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with the hospice team, including nurses and social workers, to ensure seamless care coordination for patients and families.
  • Track and Report: Maintain accurate records of referrals and interactions using designated CRM systems and monitor the cost-effectiveness of marketing efforts.
  • Stay Informed: Keep a pulse on industry trends, competitor positioning, and community resources to support patients and families effectively.
