Check out the Great Place to Work link! https://www.greatplacetowork.com/certified-company/7044353 Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and referral sources Educate potential clients about our high-quality, private pay home care services Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth Conduct in-home assessments to understand client needs and match them with appropriate care solutions Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination Requirements Sales experience in senior care industry is preferred, Hospice Sales experience is a plus! Clinicians are encouraged to apply Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills Deep understanding of senior care needs and resources available in Austin Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently What Makes Us Different: People-First Culture: WE truly value and support our team.
