This leadership role is responsible for ensuring high-quality hospice services, regulatory compliance, and a supportive, efficient clinical environment. What You’ll Do: Lead and supervise the nursing management team, providing guidance and support in clinical operations Ensure delivery of high-quality, patient-centered hospice care Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations Oversee medical record accuracy, completeness, and compliance Serve as a clinical resource and support system for patient care issues Assist in policy development, implementation, and monitoring Collaborate with leadership on quality improvement and service development Support admissions and discharge appropriateness Partner with the Business Office to monitor pharmacy, DME, and supply costs Assist in marketing and community outreach efforts, including relationship-building with physicians and facility leadership Provide leadership support in hiring, coaching, and performance management Participate in administrative on-call rotation Our Expectations: Demonstrate compassion, professionalism, and respect in all interactions Uphold patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance Promote a team-oriented, interdisciplinary approach to care Support the mission and values of Pathways Hospice Maintain a solution-oriented mindset and proactively address challenges Why Join Pathways?
