What You’ll Be Doing: Understand and practice the mission, principles, and values of Silverado Organize and direct all services and functions of the Silverado Hospice program Collaborate with the Director of Patient Care Services to ensure effective management of the Interdisciplinary Team Maintain and evaluate the hospice program in compliance with applicable laws and regulations Develop, coordinate, and monitor the annual program budget Maintain written service agreements with approved providers to meet the needs of patients and families Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare or Administration preferred Certificate in Hospice Management preferred Preferred 2–5 years of experience functioning as an Administrator or Executive Director for a hospice provider Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required Must comply with all state and federal driving regulations Associates in driving-required roles must maintain a valid and active driver’s license; failure to do so may result in reassignment, suspension, or termination per company policy Flexibility to work outside regular hours based on business needs Why Choose Silverado?
